James PeplowRecently I had 3 security doors installed (front door and two sliding, one a double). Everything went well, service through to install. There was a small defect in the installation which was resolved within 24 hours on a Saturday morning. Bayside will say they can install the doors without you being home (only requiring 5 minutes in the house). I didn't feel comfortable with this and was glade I held out as the installer required much more than 5 minutes in the house and I also had dogs to secure. We also got a doggy door, we didn't ask for a specific, assumed it would have a locking mechanism from inside and out and it did not. Not the fault of the company but more of an assumption on my behalf. Overall I would definitely use Bayside again.
